Flights & Accommodation
The easiest options for guests is to book with Thomson from Mon 28th May, staying for a week or more in Sorrento.
When we put together this website Thomson were offering a week in Sorrento for £478 pp.
Most of Lottie’s family are staying at Hotel Conca Park because it’s central and reasonably priced.
Thompson operate almost all the hotels in Sorrento. So if you would like the freedom of staying as long as you wish the best option is to find a villa on Airbnb.
For cheap flights try setting up a price alerts on SkyScanner. The ‘Get Price Alerts’ button is top left next to the flight results. They’ll email you when there’s a price drop.
We’re looking into booking a group tandem jump on Thursday 7th June with Travel Amalfi.
If 15 of us jump it will be €230 each (roughly £205). If less than 15 jump it will be €250 each (roughly £220). This includes 60 seconds freefall, a camera guy & the best view you’ll ever have of the Amalfi Coast.
Weather & Dress Code
“What is there to do in Sorrento? Are you organising days out?”
If you want Italian adventures Sorrento has lots! Closer to the time we’ll put together a little plan of fun things to do.
But the only organised fun we need you to attend is the wedding itself. If you want to stay horizontal by the pool the entire time that works too!
“I can’t come out for a full week, is that okay?”
We’d be so grateful to have you there, even if it’s literally only for the Wedding day!
The plan we’ve put together is only a suggestion, feel free to come out whenever suits you best.
“Are you expecting gifts?”
No! We’re so grateful people are booking flights & hotels to come and see us, we really don’t need gifts on top of that.
If you would really like to give something please consider donating to The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.
They rescue orphaned and abandoned elephant calves from all over Africa. Raise them together and then release them back into the wild as an established heard.
